Email or 1-800 which do you prefer?

Dynamic Clothing is currently looking into getting a 1-800 for our customer service and would like to know from our viewers/customers if it would be beneficial? Would you be more opt to call our new number about clothing inquires or email our customer support at: info@dynamicclothing.net?
